熊本に在住する約800人の留学生等の外国人人材と地元の企業・スタートアップがつながることができる場、それが「Global XOSS Meetup」です。
「外国人人材」にとっては、熊本での就職や起業のチャンスが生まれ、「熊本の企業やスタートアップ」にとっては、海外展開を目指すための人材獲得や新たなビジネスチャンスの発見につながる可能性もあります。
3回目となる今回は、第9回アフリカ開発会議（TICAD9）開催月ということで、アフリカをクローズアップします。
TICAD9について簡単に触れ、ナイジェリアの留学生からお話いただいた後に、みなさんでざっくばらんにお話します。

The Global XOSS Meetup is a networking event designed to connect the approximately 800 international students and foreign professionals living in Kumamoto with local companies and startups.
For international talents, this is a chance to explore job or entrepreneurship opportunities in Kumamoto.
For local businesses and startups, it opens doors to discovering talent that can support overseas expansion and uncover new business possibilities.
In this third session, we will take a close look at Africa, as it is the month of TICAD 9.
After a brief introduction to TICAD9 and a talk from a foreign student from Nigeria, we will talk about Africa in a relaxed atmosphere.
